The second installment in the journeys series from James Johnson explores long form eternal playback atmospheres and shimmering liquid soundscapes.

Minimum Disc 1 is a 60min minimal atmosphere created for continuous playback. A further exploration of the concepts that were first explored on Entering Twilight. Disc 1 slowly evolves and reveals its contemplative forms over its entire duration.

Minimum Disc 2 explores the minimal side of harmony & nuance. Filled with the subtle muted colors of nomadic piano against a backdrop of shimmering textures and delicate ambient soundscapes.

Languid tones drift with billowing movements, expanding to saturate the sky with their silky caress. Calmly channeled synthesizers express atmospheric moods with delicately sighing diodes. Placid piano offers a grounding effect, delineating melodic substance to the ethereal soundscape with slow-moving classical chords. The contrast between the artificial ether and the organic piano generates a union of these sonic realms, rallying traditional sensibilities with futurist temperaments to produce a striking state of vitalized minimalism.
